This can include your email address, account identifiers, display or contributor names, submitted boss clear details, source links, screenshots or build proof you choose to provide, notes, moderation history, support messages, and any other information you voluntarily submit.

Passwords and authentication credentials are handled through our backend authentication. Site operators do not need access to your raw password to operate the website.

When you visit the site, technical data may be processed automatically to deliver pages, keep the service secure, debug errors, prevent abuse, and understand aggregate usage.

This can include IP address, user agent, browser and device information, requested URLs, referrer URLs, timestamps, language preferences, authentication state, error logs, performance logs, and approximate location inferred from network information.

Those third-party services are not controlled by Stygian.moe. If you follow an external link, embed, invite, donation page, or source video, the third-party service may collect information under its own terms and privacy policy.

Source links are used to verify submitted clears, credit contributors where appropriate, and help readers evaluate the original evidence behind a record or guide.

Information is used to operate the website, authenticate accounts, publish and moderate submitted clears, review correction requests, protect against spam and abuse, diagnose errors, improve site quality, generate aggregate statistics, communicate about submissions or support requests, and comply with legal obligations.

Stygian.moe does not sell personal information. The site does not use submitted account information to create unrelated marketing lists.

Published clear data may remain visible as part of the public archive when it is needed for source verification, statistics, rankings, or guide context.

Information may be shared with service providers that host, secure, analyze, or operate the site, including Supabase, Cloudflare, Google Analytics, and advertising providers if ads are enabled.

Information may also be disclosed if required by law, to protect the rights and safety of users or the site, to investigate abuse or security incidents, or as part of a service migration or change in site operation.

Public submissions, credited contributor names, source links, and visible profile information may be shown publicly when you choose to submit them or when they are necessary to verify a public record.

Stygian.moe keeps information only as long as it is needed for site operation, account access, clear verification, moderation, security, dispute resolution, analytics, backups, legal compliance, or archive integrity.

You may request correction or deletion of account information by contacting me through Discord. Some public, non-personal, or already-moderated archive records may be retained when removal would harm verification, statistics, abuse prevention, or historical integrity.

Backups, security logs, and provider logs may persist for a limited period after deletion requests according to operational needs and provider policies.

You can choose not to create an account, not to submit optional proof or contact details, and not to follow third-party links.

You can manage cookies and local storage through your browser, use Google Analytics opt-out tools, adjust Google ad personalization settings, and contact the site to request access, correction, or deletion of account-related information.

If you believe a public clear record, source link, credit, or profile detail includes personal information that should be corrected or removed, contact me through Discord with enough context to locate the record.

Stygian.moe is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to the site, contact partnerships@stygian.moe so the issue can be reviewed and addressed.

Stygian.moe and its service providers may process information in countries or regions other than where you live.

By using the site, you understand that information may be transferred to and processed by service providers according to their infrastructure, legal obligations, and privacy policies.

This policy may be updated as the website, account features, analytics, advertising status, service providers, or legal requirements change.

Material updates will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after an update means the revised policy applies from the posted update date.
