Oculi.gg's free Artifact Optimizer checks every artifact on your account and tells you which 5 put a character highest on their Akasha leaderboard. You see your new estimated Top % rank before you need to switch any artifacts in-game.
Put the character in your in-game Character Showcase, then enter your UID / update once on akasha.cv. That's how Oculi sees your artifacts.
Step by step Guide
1. Open the Artifact Optimizer and type your UID.
2. Pick your character that you want to improve the rank of.
3. Press Optimize. You see which pieces to equip, who has them now, and your new Top % if you would use the artifacts.
Want to exclude an artifact? Press Skip on it and re-optimize!

The switch under your profile opens more tools for the same character. They all follow the same convenience of “Press optimize” so that you can easily get an overview if something is worth upgrading, crafting or keeping.
• Artifacts: add pieces from a screenshot or a scanner file (Irminsul, Inventory Kamera), so artifacts in your bag count too.
• Sanctifying Elixir: which piece to craft, and the chances that it's an upgrade.
• Artifact Upgrader: which pieces are worth leveling to +20.
• Artifact Reshaper: whether a reshape is worth it or not.
